Neighborhood Law Offices™ is a law firm dedicated to providing affordable legal services to the public.  Neighborhood Law Office™ exists to serve the majority of working Americans who experience very real barriers to access to competent  legal advice.  Our practice areas include family law, real estate, immigration, DUI/DWI, minor criminal matters, incorporation, trademark and copyright issues, mechanic’s liens, small business issues, and Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies together with deeds, powers of attorney, simple contracts, etc. 

NLO works on a menu price basis, instead of the retainer basis that most law firms use. You always know up front what you are buying, and you, not some attorney, are going to decide how much you spend, and what products you purchase.  As we say, "Don't Buy More Than You Need!"™

NLO also sells an attorneys’ advice in one hour increments at a very reasonable price so that you can ask all of your questions and obtain an explanation of your rights, options and our recommendations.

  You also have the ability to hire a lawyer for very limited engagements, for example, to attend a meeting, negotiation, or settlement conference, to attend a single hearing, or to be present at similarly stand alone events which occur during the course of larger legal proceedings.  All without paying anything except the flat fee we agree on in advance.  No retainers, no hidden charges, no surprises.
