California Clients

We closed our office in Chatsworth, California on July 15, 2011.  Unfortunately, after our office closed, our telephone numbers were hijacked.  We have been working diligently with the fraud departments of the telephone companies involved to recover the lines.  In the meantime, the person answering those lines is not an attorney, and is not a Legal Document Assistant (a paralegal licensed to work in California without an attorney's supervision). 

Some of our clients were therefore not handled well after the closing.  This was not our plan nor our intent.  We will, of course, make sure that our clients in California have their work completed properly.

In the meantime, we are coordinating the handling of the California clients inquiries and work from our Colorado office.  Please call 303-302-1000 and ask for Jim Underhill.  He will assist you with your questions and products.

The numbers which were hijacked and are currently being answered by an intruder, are 818-882-7622 and 661-255-8488.  You should not call these numbers.  The person that answers is Collette Darby, who is neither affiliated with Neighborhood Law Office, or licensed to assist clients in California with their legal needs.
